Our Team

Jacy Henderson graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007.  Upon graduation, Jacy came to Triple D Uniform Rental & Linen, hired on as a route relief driver. Working his way through the ranks, Jacy, is now serving as Vice President of the company.  He has learned all aspects of the business from a very hands on approach, and is proud to serve as the 3rd generation in this family business. In his free time, Jacy enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and most of all watching his three young children play sports.

Wayne McCullough is the 3rd generation at Triple D. As he just finished a successful career playing professional basketball overseas, he moves his focus to industrial laundry. Learning all aspects of the company, Wayne has grown up working and learning Triple D and is excited to make greater strides going forward. Outside of work, Wayne loves spending time with his wife and three kids, playing all sports, attending church, and being in the outdoors.

Adam Rangel first entered the linen and uniform industry with Admiral Linen and Uniform in 1996 as a route representative serving industrial and medical facilities around Houston, and became a supervisor by 1998. He then dabbled in production, becoming production manager in 2007 and stayed in production until 2016 when he went into sales. By 2018 he was a district manager of sales for ALSCO until joining Triple D Uniform & Linen. In his spare time, he enjoys grilling, fishing, listening to live music, and spending time with his family.

Kenny Gardner has been dedicated to the uniform and linen industry since 2015, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with his clients. Joining Triple D Uniform and Linen in 2023, Kenny continues to prioritize the needs of his customers, ensuring quality and reliability in every interaction. His passion for exceeding expectations drives his commitment to creating a seamless experience for every client. Outside of work, Kenny is a skilled musician, playing and teaching various instruments, and produces music for artists. He also enjoys oil painting, is active in his church community, and cherishes spending time with his wife and son.

Justin Street is a laid-back, down-to-earth guy who enjoys the simple things in life. Give me a good fishing spot, a hunting trip, a round of golf, or a backyard BBQ with great company, and I’m right where I want to be. I’ve spent the last 12 years working in the water industry, building a career I’m proud of and learning a lot along the way. Now I’m excited to dive deep into the linen business and take on a new challenge. I’m looking forward to learning the industry, growing, and seeing where this next chapter takes me. When I’m not working, I’m a big football and baseball fan, and I never turn down a good game, good food, or a little friendly competition. Family is also a huge part of my life, especially the time I get to spend with my two nieces. They mean the world to me and definitely keep life interesting. I’m just looking to enjoy life, make great memories, laugh often, and surround myself with good people. Life’s too short not to have a good time along the way.
